Our lives have been rapidly turned upside down by a newly mutated virus. No one will ever forget COVID 19.
It is highly contagious mostly causing a nasty fever and cough.
But for some it can lead to pneumonia. Very sadly, out of nowhere this came and many have died, may they rest in peace.
Humans have terrific immune systems to fight back, now all being universally challenged by this unseen enemy.
To keep the spread down it is vital we avoid unnecessary contact, stay apart as best we can, stay home if unwell (get tested for sure if possible), wash hands after touching public shared items, and avoid touching the face.
Routine medical work has been curtailed. That which can wait a bit shall now wait. Emergency and urgency work must be prioritised in a health storm.
Forewarned is forearmed. Plan for the worst, hope for the best.
Everyone needs to be extra anti-stress thoughtfully nice to everyone else please.
Look after your loved ones and yourself.
Keep strong, well and stay >2m safe.
In memory of ophthalmologist Li Wenliang, one of the first to warn of the outbreak...and all those that have since died because of SARS-CoV-2.
