A demonstration in table tennis.

We are talking millisecond type fast.

Testament to the speed and accuracy of the extraocular muscles to stay on target, and to anticipate; technically, the peak angular velocity of the eye during a saccade approaches 900°/s (that's x2.5 complete eye revolutions - if it were possible - in a second).

Ever so slightly ahead of the retino-occipital cortex pathway. With an estimated bandwidth of 8.75Mb/s and a near instantaneous image visual perception time of......13ms.

At the speed of light.

What a superb partnership.
