A little stress is good; too much is bad.
Anxiety and depression seem rife in modern life. Insomnia and poor sleep too. I see a lot of it in my ophthalmic practice. It can be a natural reaction to life woes, especially if temporary, but not if it takes over.
Look after yourself, be good to yourself, be stronger for experiencing it.
